To enable us to prove to our prospective clients how serious we are about the service we will provide, we make the following promises.
Clients will be contacted on a minimum of a two week basis with regard to current market conditions, emerging trends and particular issues that surround their interests.
Feedback from viewings will always be provided within 24 hrs (subject to receipt).
All viewings will be accompanied by a member of the Pure Commercial team so that we can assess the initial and mid stage reactions of the prospective buyer/tenant assist with questions that may be asked.

The Pure “way” is to be proactive and it is very important to us that as soon as a property reaches the marketplace we undertake all possible measure to make sure that its initial debut is successful, we have numerous websites and mailing lists which will ensure maximum impact with minimum timescale plus taking advantage of the initial interest when a property reaches market.

Pure Commercial is led by Robert Wells who has over 30 years experience in Norwich, Norfolk and East Anglia having been involved with sales of blocks of investment garages to buildings of £5 million and single sites of major value throughout the UK.
