How Do I Find A Property
- Register with us to receive the best properties as they become available
- View properties with us – a member of staff will always accompany
- Apply online authorizing us to carry out references and credit checks
- A guarantor may be required depending on company structure
What Happens When You Take Occupancy
- Pay the first quarters rent and an agreed deposit by banker’s draft
- Subscribe to insurance cover accidental damage to landlord’s property and proportionate buildings cover
- Agree to pay the quarterly rent by standing order 3 days prior to the due date
- Check schedule of condition and return it within 7 days
What Should I Do During The Tenancy
- Transfer the utilities and business rates to your name
- Phone us with maintenance requests as they occur unless you are on an FRI lease
- Allow us to visit the property to inspect it during your occupation, usually 24 hours minimum notice in writing from us
