No.27 - £325 per calendar month - exclusive.

Tenants will need to provide bvasic bank and trade references - max of 3.  The rent will be fixed for the first 3 years.  Tenants will be expected to pay a proportionate charge towards the building insurance premium.  A deposit of 3 months rent will be taken at the beginning of the agreement and the rent will be payable monthly in advance.

No.29 - £250 per calendar month - exclusive.
